AXIS has been commissioned by Mr Dorian Hopkins to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed erection of 16no. safari tents (comprising change of use to D2), conversion of existing stables to a cafe, shop and bar (comprising change of use to mixed A1 and A3), conversion of existing barn to storage for the safari tents (comprising change of use to D2) and provision of car parking, landscaping and other ancillary development at Bowling Bank Farm, Worthenbury.

Prior to formal submission of the planning application to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016, the proposal is subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below, prior to the application being submitted.
