Axis ranks 4th and 8th recent survey of leading UK planning consultancies for waste and energy sectors respectively

Axis has been commissioned by Taylor Wimpey North Midlands to provide supporting transport planning advice in respect of the discharge of conditions relating to an outline approval for the development of land to the north of Stafford for 409 residential dwellings.

Having previously provided advice which ultimately secured outline planning permission for the residential development, Axis is assisting Taylor Wimpey in discharging conditions related to the phasing of £2m+ highway infrastructure works attached to the outline approval. Axis has also produced a Framework Travel Plan for the scheme to support a reserved matters application on the site.
