AXIS has extensive experience in the successful delivery of residential and mixed use projects throughout the UK, ranging from substantial strategic urban extensions through to individual properties.  From a mixed use perspective, we have delivered schemes which incorporate residential development with retail; B1, B2, and B8 uses; hotels and leisure; and education and health facilities. Our portfolio of clients covers strategic housing developers and national house builders down to private individuals.

AXIS projects include schemes across brown and greenfield sites and in recent years we have delivered planning on over 1,000 waterside properties across three strategic development sites in Wales. Whether finding sites, influencing policy or promoting development through the development plan process, or though applications and appeals, AXIS advises on all stages of the planning process.
